Step #3

After all of your information has been submitted and you have had your consultation with our doctor you will receive a 6 month prescription for the medication you and the doctor decided on for your condition/s.

Initial fill process:

  1. The doctor will send your prescription to our pharmacy and to (skittlesaesop).
  2. I will then send you an instant message via yahoo messenger for the amount owed once I have obtained your desired shipping method. (2nd day, overnight. We offer Saturday delivery with the stated shipping options if your fill will fall on a weekend)
  3. Once you have submitted your payment for your medication/shipping, we will then send the prescription (refill) form to the pharmacy with your shipping information.
  4. The pharmacy, once having processed your refill, will send me your Fedex tracking number which I will then e-mail to you.
  5. Fills will process the same day they are submitted. If there will be any delays you will be notified via e-mail or Instant Messenger (if you are available).

Refill process after initial refill:

  1. You will need to submit your refill form via our website under patient center.
  2. You will need to submit your payment (payment amounts will vary based on shipping debt/credits per the invoices as we receive them. The amount we charge for shipping is a flat rate, your rate may vary above or below this amount and you will be charged accordingly).
  3. To get your payment information with desired shipping method please contact  us at skittlesaesop@yahoo.com, or via Instant messenger (screenname: skittlesaesop).
  4. Once I have received confirmation of your payment I will process your refill form and send it to the pharmacy.
  5. The pharmacy will process your refill and send me your tracking number.
  6. Once I have the tracking number I will send it to you via e-mail or Instant messenger (if you are available).

The above process will repeat for the duration of your six months of fills. When you process your last refill for that six months I will e-mail you that you will be due to renew prior to your next refill and you will need to contact me to set up your renewal consultation with the doctor.

Renewing:

  1. You will need to fill out the pre-consultation questionnaire via the patient center.
  2. You will need to e-mail me when you are available for consultation. (please specify times and time zone, phone number to contact you at and dates that you would be available).
  3. You will then need to submit your payment of $125.00 (renewal Fee).
  4. I will then coordinate your renewal consultation with the doctors schedule and send you a confirmation e-mail for the date and time for your consultation.
  5. Once the consultation is complete, the doctor will send your new six month prescription to the pharmacy and notify me of any changes.
  6. I will contact you for your shipping information via instant messenger.
  7. You will then need to submit your payment.
  8. Once I have received confirmation of your payment I will process your refill form and send it to the pharmacy.
The pharmacy will then process your refill and send me your tracking number. Once I have the tracking number
