AESOP Pain Management

AESOP is dedicated to helping all individuals suffering from chronic non cancer pain and who have tried every means, both surgical and non surgical to improve their quality of life without results.

We are a not for profit and we will work with you and offer financial assistance if you qualify. While we do not accept assignment for insurance we will bill your insurance carrier for you for reimbursement.

At Aesop, we treat you for the diagnosis with which you come to us.

We require your medical records for the past six months and you will need to have a personal computer with web cam in order to conduct online visits to the doctor.

AESOP-CPMP, LLC is a Indiana Limited Liability Company (AESOP) located at     Indianapolis, IN.  The President of AESOP is Dr. Beverley  Edwards and the organization is operated by a board of directors.   AESOP Inc.is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c ) (3) organization.     

AESOP-CPMP conducts it’s medical practice as an interactive Internet medical practice specializing in pain management that is governed by Indiana laws and federal regulations. The name AESOP-CPMP is a registered federal trademark and the AESOP-CPMP website is owned and operated by AESOP Inc. 
 
Dr. Edwards is licensed in Indiana, California and New York and has been practicing pain management for over 25 years.
